Nearly every one of the nearly 30 years we have been in business in Ventura, we have set benchmarks to better enhance the consumer experience. Making water quality improvements, rooting out delivery inefficiencies to carrying the product or service our customers really want to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction possible has paid off.
We have grown considerably, yet we have not forgotten what got us here, you the customer. We recently launched a new website and in the next 45 days we will introduce the new Online Customer Account Dashboard! The new software application will seamlessly integrate into our website, showing clearly all of the customer’s account activity in real time. We will keep you posted on the launch date and provide all the details for Account Holders and Water Club members prior.
